Abstract

Current society modifications induced changes in the child's body causing acceleration or deceleration of growth and development processes, as a result of social disruption, environmental and biological order. In this paper, we proposed a comparative analysis of 12-13 years old students, from the rural and urban environment, regarding the rough and finesse coordination. The research was conducted between October 2015 and May 2016 in Brasov County, General Schools from Cata - country areas - and no. 14, Brasov - urban areas. We undertook the study at the secondary school education, sixth grade, including 15 country students and 18 urban students. We used the tapping and tracing tests, during 6 and 10 seconds. The results obtained have led us to the conclusion that life style and technological progress have approached some psycho-motor skills, like rough and finesse coordination, for the students aged 12-13, from the rural and urban environment.
