IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGY FOR SPEED TRAINING IN JUNIORS II SWIMMERS
Abstract
Water for humans is an unusual environment, and foreign activities in different samples of swimming or playing polo sport efforts are required than the same volume and intensity deposited on land. When swimmer increases his speed, strength increases water under it, without changing the water that sits above it. His body acts as a real "air knife" and rises gently to the surface. Information requires a strict individualization, had to find the right formula for per sport.
