STUDY REGARDING THE WAYS IN WHICH THE GYM-BALLS CAN BE USED DURING THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION LESSONS
Abstract
The starting point for this research was the belief that the Klein ball, or the gym-ball,
being a teaching means accessible to any P.E. teacher, can be successfully used for attaining
different objectives of the physical education lesson. A thorough study of this problem will help
us to improve the primary and secondary school physical education lesson.
Improving the didactic process is about a maximal capitalization of the usage possibilities
of the teaching methods. The gym-ball is a modern teaching tool, present in most schools with
normal material conditions, offering a large number of ways in which it can be used during the
physical education lesson. The variety of uses chases the monotony, and increases the pupils'
interest, and also increases the lessons' level of enjoyment.
