THE OPTIMISATION OF HANDBALL PLAYERS’ TRAINING BY MOTIVATIONAL FACTORS IN PRACTICE

Abstract

The mental component is considered very important for the best performance in the game of handball. Achieving optimal provision of play is of crucial importance not only for the players performance, but also for those who play for pleasure. The aim of the research was the identification of psychological factors relevant for optimal sports performance, which can contribute to presenting and implementing programs / methods / techniques more effective workout so athletic performance to be more easily obtained. It can be concluded that subjects in the experimental group showed a high level of mobilization motivational factor at the end of the experiment compared to subjects in the control group, who maintained a low motivation level without obvious effects on specific mobilization.
