Abstract
The purpose of this study was to assess the degree of health-related strength and investigate how it relates to body mass index (BMI) in women between the ages of 35 and 40. Over the course of two months, a sample of ten women participated in a strength-training program that consisted of two sessions per week for a total of sixteen sessions. To fit the study's objectives, the researcher employed both descriptive and experimental methodologies. The results showed that health-related strength had increased, and there was a non-significant inverse relationship between body mass index and the growth of health-related strength.
