THEORETICAL CONCEPTS FOR PHYSICAL PREPARATION OF ATHLETES
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to create a certain abstract theoretical concepts concerning the physical training of athletes. Results, performance reflects contemporary athletics training methodology, which resulted in the exhibition of certain levels of expression of quality and driving skills on the human capacity. The paper highlights the fact that as we advance toward high performance, the greater the weight and importance of specific physical preparation. It has been demonstrated that without a specific physical training are not achieved outstanding results, as per sport requires a certain type of effort, the athlete must bear without this kind of training that is not possible. I therefore want to highlight how specific physical preparation.
