They all have in common physical exercise. The art the dancer, the gymnast or the skater have reached is the result of learning, of continuous practice of a large series of routines intended to improve their understanding and abilities to express themselves. As an
aesthetic attitude of the body in movement, dance seems to define most concretely body capacity to reveals itself through harmonious, expressive, supple, light and precise movement expressing certain states as a result of the relationship between body and
psyche. But valuation of individual expressiveness depends on the wholeness of one’s motor skills, their development level and his psychological and intellectual qualities. Consequently, physical exercise can stand for a form of nonverbal communication due to
the powerfulness of the message transmitted and can determine different levels of expressiveness of the whole body.
