COMMON ASPECTS AND DIFFERENCES IN THE ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF UNIVERSITY SPORTS

This paper is an ascertaining type study carried out in order to determine the situational context of different organizational environments, investigated by analyzing the common and different organizational aspects, in order to identify the organization and management elements declared as universally applicable, possible adapted in the optimization strategies of the Romanian university sport.
