As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ELABORATION OF THE SCIENTIFIC PAPERS

Ethics of publication and copyright issues
The authors must warrant that his submission to the work is original and that he or she has full power to enter into this agreement. This work or a similar work must not have been published elsewhere in any language nor shall be submitted for publication elsewhere while under consideration by Gymnasium.
Before including figures or text passages that have already been published elsewhere, the authors are required to obtain permission from the copyright holder(s) and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors.
The Copyright Transfer Statement will be transmitted in the e-mail containing the results of the review before publication. The statement will be signed and sent by e-mail, scanned in a JPG format.
The review process
Stage 1 The articles must be sent in electronic format, in English for foreigners, and in Romanian and English for Romanians authors (CD or e-mail to tatianadobrescu2002@yahoo.com and printed hardcopies (for cross-reference) at: Calea Mărăşeşti 157 Bacău, România.
Stage 2 The article sent for publishing will be accompanied by a short personal presentation and a professional CV of no more than 120 words which must contain complete contact details, including those necessary for technical correspondence (phone and fax).
Stage 3 The Editor-in-chief selects the materials complying with the technical editing standards. The materials that do not comply with these standards, and/or receive a negative result of the anti-plagiarism verification with the special software, are eliminated from the reviewing process.
Stage 4 Three members of the Scientific Council make an initial assessment of the scientific relevance of the article and nominate the reviewers to produce an informed opinion.
Stage 5 The peer review takes place, involving three reviewers (per article) with expertise in the specific domain that is being addressed.
Stage 6 Materials respecting the scientific standards are going on a waiting list for publication. Materials in need of further development for achieving the scientific rigor will be returned to the author for modifications. Materials that cannot achieve the minimum of scientific quality are rejected.
Stage 7 Materials are awaiting publication according their order on the publishing list.
Stage 8 After the approval of the proposed article and its publishing in the magazine, the author will receive a free copy of the issue.
